The firm Kraan-repair handed over
a small crane to our Yard for a friendly price, after repainting
it and providing maintanance. Now we can reach the aft ship again.
The frames and forepost got in the way of the big crane on the
other side.
With help of the underlayment moulds of frames Nr.½ en
Nr.1, the actual oak frames are constructed from the heavy and
bent oak we got from Denmark. Among it was a huge tree which
we can use for the deadwood. The foreknee is the only part of
the forepost construction that is still missing. As soon as
it is found, frames Nr.½ en Nr.1 can be put in place
in the ship. |

| In the mean time there is plenty
to see in the other shops. The man on the picture on the right
is making hammocks. |
