The pictures show the joining
and attaching of the first frame to the keel.

The people on the fourth photograph are: Henk Bras (internal
matters 'De Delft'), Henk Molenaar (chairman of foundation 'De
Delft') and Tom Harreman (chairman of the sub-municipality Rotterdam
Delfshaven).
This frame is the first of the eleven frames which will form
the carrying structure of the hull, like a skeleton.
Space between these frames will be filled with timbers. |
